By accessing or using TEAM Coaching Cards ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TEAM Coaching Cards is a digital platform providing access to a set of team-coaching cards for coaches and facilitators. Access is provided via a one-time purchase or a free trial subscription.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All card content, images, and software are the intellectual property of TEAM Coaching Cards and its authors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable Romanian and EU consumer protection law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEAM Coaching Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
